Acrobat Sam Panda, who is originally from Pittsburgh, was handcuffed at Myrtle Beach for wearing

a thong, which officers said violated local ordinances. According to Fox News 8, Panda was asked

to go away to the beach because she was wearing a thong bikini bottom, which qualified as public

nudity.
